THE COLLECTOR © software is a inventory system for those who collect/buy/sell (unique items) such as: stamps, coins, toys, trains, baseball cards, dolls, antiques, guns, household inventory, or anything (your insurance company will love the listings).

What is really unique about THE COLLECTOR © is that it can meet the needs of a individual collector as well as having the power to manage large groups of collections and multiple consignors in a business environment.  It's not just an inventory system, yet it provides excellent information about the details of each item in a collection.  It converts the tedious task of writing down each new collectable purchased (onto paper) into a "fun to use" historical (electronic) file.  Serious collectors appreciate the importance of accurate and detailed records.  The tediousness of updating filing systems as items are bought and sold (and as current valuations change) is an ongoing aggravation and means (for most of us) that what records we have tend to be incomplete, out of date, and not optimally organized.  But NO LONGER!

THE COLLECTOR © Windows version, will maintain complete records on 450,000 items tracked by a single program.  Thirteen fields of data (six which can be user defined) including classified cost and purchase data can be tracked on each item.  Through a variety of formats, you can produce any report you might wish for (i. e. for insurance purposes, exchange with other collectors, produce a for sale list, etc.).  Four different levels of security allow: Record keeping will actually become an enjoyable part of your avocation by this user friendly program.
